Trent Fequet
Founder & CEO
A proud Indigenous entrepreneur and business leader with 25 years of experience in some of Canada’s most prominent pipeline, infrastructure, and mining companies, Trent is the founder and owner of Wolftrek, a workforce solutions company connecting employers with qualified Indigenous talent.

Trent’s leadership is guided by principles deeply rooted in Indigenous values, culture, and beliefs.
He is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and individuals, fostering growth and success for those around him.

His vision for Wolftrek is to support collaborative engagement, preserve cultural and traditional values, and champion social sovereignty and economic sustainability for Indigenous people and communities.

Trevor Mahl
Operations Manager
Trevor brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the field of Recruitment and Human Resources.
He is a graduate of the NAIT Business program and has owned and operated his own staffing company that offered recruitment services for executive search, construction and project management, skilled trades and engineering and operations.
Prior to Steel River Energy Services, Trevor worked for Clean Harbors, Alberta Pacific Forest Industries, Manpower Services, and ATCO Electric.
He is passionate about People, Culture and Innovation and brings a forward-thinking approach to aligning people, companies and communities together to achieve their goals.
